来店のご予約をお申し込みいただきましてありがとうございます。
“ご予約内容”という件名のメールを、ご来店予約受付フォームに記載されているメールアドレスに送らせていただきました。届かない場合は、メールアドレスの記載ミスか、迷惑メールフォルダやゴミ箱に自動的に振り分けられている可能性がありますので、ご確認をお願いします。
メールアドレスを誤って入力してしまった場合は、お手数ですが予約を申し込んだ支店に、お電話にてご連絡をいただきますようお願いします。
その後、４８時間（日祭日を除く）以内に、ご予約の確定日と注意事項等の説明を記入したメールを送らせていただきます。そのメールをもって予約の確定とさせていただきます。尚、本システムからの予約キャンセルは出来ません。キャンセルする場合もお電話にてご連絡をお願いします。

We have sent an email with the subject “Booking details” to the email address that was given in the Appointment Booking Form. If you do not receive this email, there is a possibility that there was a spelling mistake in the given email address, or that our message may have automatically been placed in your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders.
We will send you an email within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) containing the confirmed date of your appointment and important points. Once you have received this email, your booking is confirmed. Cancellations cannot be made using this system. If you wish to cancel your booking, please call the store that you have an appointment with.
